    • “[Joe]…started the Union Bus Company in 1919 as a line from San Antonio to Medina Lake. When he sold out to Continental, he held franchises in Austin, various points in the Rio Grande Valley and to West Texas. He was a past president and the only life member of the Texas Wolf Hunters Association. He had operated a ranch at Cotulla, where he died, since 1923.” [7]
