“…Laina was a member of Sweet Adelines International for over 20 years and Director of the Amarillo Chorus for 12 years. She was also a member of a quartet, The Sharpsichords and won several competitions including Regional Competitions. Laina also participated in the music program at San Jacinto Baptist Church now known as The Church at Quail Creek, which included directing children’s choir, women’s Bible Study, church choir and solos.” [1]
