  Woodlief and Juanita Lindenborn lived most of their lives in Big Wells, Texas. Their children grew up and went to school there. Woodlief served as superintendent and operator of the Big Wells Water Works for 35 years. He served his community as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Big Wells School and the Carrizo Springs Independent School District after the two schools consolidated.
