  • Notes 
    • Richard was a graduate of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas. In civil life he was a construction engineer and was affiliated with the Woolley Construction Company. He entered the army at the outbreak of World War I and died of pneumonia and complications from influenza while in the American Hospital in Nice, France. [4]
