Notes - Frank was a lifelong resident of the Montrose, Colorado area. He farmed on the Spring Creek Mesa west of town until retirement. He was a member of the National Rifle Association who “loved the great outdoors, fishing, and hunting. He enjoyed antiques, was a self-made mechanic and craftsman, and there was nothing that he could not fix.” [1]
